Originally the home of the Broadway Baptist Church, the church itself was constructed in 1893. An addition was built in the 1920s, providing classroom, meeting and theater space. The entire structure was renovated to create eight unique loft units, common space and basement-level parking. The original sanctuary contains two large units with twenty-three foot high ceilings, which in their detailing both respect and enhance the original architecture. To the rear of the sanctuary is a new addition, replacing a section of the original structure that was quite unstable. Two modern units are located in this area. The 1920s addition has four units of modern design and a two-story-high, open air courtyard for the use of residents and guests. All eight units have two levels and clear, two-story high interior spaces.
