C Lounge

Designed to be a cutting edge nightclub and restaurant, C Lounge was to be constructed in the ground level space of a late 19th century building on the corner of Platte Street and 15th Street, near downtown Denver. It remains un-built.

Spread across three levels, entry is through a custom doorway. Ahead and to the left is a 28' long gas fireplace that runs parallel with the west wall of the restaurant, facing 15th Street. There are three separate bars, one on each level. Custom-designed booths are arrayed across from the largest bar, on the entry level. Handicapped access is provided from the top floor level, as 15th Street rises as it passes the building.

IN.VISION Architecture designed a complex and exciting lighting scheme for this project. Technical assistance and advice was provided by Brian Robertson, Electrical Engineer, particularly as to the controls required. Besides the Entry, we also designed custom booths and banquettes, wall and flooring finishes, Maitre'd station, and certain items of furniture.
